Flushing System
SaniAccess has a unique flushing system which uses less water than traditional toilets. The unique flushing system eliminates waste in just 10-12 seconds. The flush valve activates the water flow into the toilet, activating a micro switch within the pressure chamber. This causes the motor’s to start. The motor is enclosed in an oil-filled container. Once the container has been sealed, the macerator blades will begin to turn at 3600 rotations per minute.
The macerator blades then turn the water and organic wastewater slurry into a liquid, which causes them to expend the solid waste through a grill, and into a container. The impeller pump, located underneath the motor, collects the waste and pumps it upwards horizontally.
The micro switch is deactivated automatically when the water level drops. The entire process takes between 10 and 12 seconds. The SaniAccess 3 can also release greywater from various other sanitary products such as bathtubs, urinals and showers.
Cleaning
Because of its porcelain construction, the SaniAccess 3 can be cleaned easily. To scrub the toilet, you will need to use a gentle cleaner, wipes and a brush. Cleaning the macerator tank can be difficult. It is important to take care when cleaning it so you don’t lose any parts. You can also buy the optional hard water cleaning system to make flushing easier.
Installation
